Tasting notes
The wine has a thick crimson-red colour with violet reflexes, with aromas of ripe berries, blackberries, blackcurrants, elder and violets. It is powerful with soft tannins on the palate; the finish has notes of dark chocolate and raspberry.

Ideal with quick-roasted, dark meat dishes, game with fruity sauces, hearty terrines, casseroles and aromatic hard cheeses.
